Body/Mind Integrative Therapy
Body/Mind Integrative Therapy is an intuitive combination of Thai Medical Massage, Yoga Therapy (Amrit Method of Body Psychology), Amrit Method of Yoga Nidra, and Acutonics Method of Sound Vibrational Therapy specifically designed to fit individual needs. This form of therapy combines principles, techniques, and protocols from Yoga, the Chakra system, Ayurveda, Chinese Traditional Medicine, Shamanism, and Thai Traditional Medicine.
Each session lasts between 90-120 minutes. Guests are asked to wear shorts and a t-shirt or anything flexible/comfortable. It is advised to refrain from eating at least 30-60 minutes prior to the session.
What to Expect: At the beginning of the session, client and guest verbally check in on the current status of the body and mind, goals, progressions, ect. The guest lies down on a Thai Massage floor mat and is guided into relaxation in combination with Thai Medical Massage, Yoga Therapy, and tunning fork vibrations. Guests leave feeling connected to Self, balanced mentally and physically, and energetically whole.

Detailed Description of Each Modality:
- Thai Medical Massage
Thai Medical Massage uses traditional Thai medical theory to release chronic physical pain and tension, rehydrate facia, improve circulation, flexibility, and joint range of motion, release emotional blockages from the body, and bring the body and mind back to balance. Thai massage incorporates thumb and palm presses along Thai Sen (energy) lines in combination with passive stretching.
Yoga Therapy (Amrit Method of Body Psychology)
Yoga Therapy works on an energetic level. It is known our issues lie in our tissues. When we get into a pose, find an edge, relax into it, and allow sensations to be felt, we experience an extreme connection to the wisdom of our body. This allows for releases from the core level of our being. The more we practice Amrit method of Body Psychology, and relax into these edges, the more we are able to relax into the edges of everyday life.
Amrit Method of Yoga Nidra (Guided Relaxation)
Yoga Nidra is a powerful practice in which you learn to consciously relax the mind by relaxing the body. This is done by being led through a series of techniques to slow the mind to a deep state of stillness, allowing the wisdom of the body to heal itself. Yoga Nidra is the number one tool to change your current life.
Within six sessions, you will see a permanent change in your reactions and behaviors; within 11 sessions, the physical make-up of your brain has a permanent change; if working with intentions, allow at least 8 months to observe intentions manifesting in your life.
Acutonics Method of Sound Vibrational Therapy
Sound Vibrational Therapy incorporates philosophies and practices from Chinese Traditional Medicine, Yoga, and Shamanism to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit back to its fundamental vibration through the use of various precision-calibrated medical tuning forks, placed on certain acupuncture, acupressure, and Chakra points on and around the body. This non-invasive methodology is proven to reduce pain, improve sleep, relieve digestive disorders and ameliorate symptoms associated with severe stress, including anxiety and depression.
